Are you ready to add your unique flavor to our journey? We are looking for an Integrated Accounting Analyst within the Integrated Accounting unit.

The position reports to the Integrated Accounting Senior Manager and it is based in Parma.

Job Purpose

• Contribute to the timely and accurate production of periodic trial balance related to Cluster Legal Entities and to the complete fulfilment of legal and fiscal requirements, in observance of established accounting principles and procedures.
• Ensure the compliance of cross-cluster accountabilities related to Integrated Accounting processes: Invoicing FG & NFG, Payroll, Deals & Promo, Intercompany, Warehousing Movements, Accruals & Provisions, Master Tables, General Accounting, Trial Balance Analysis granting the high standard service level in line with our targets.
• Contribute to the month-end closure process by performing activities and controls with the aim of granting the respect of the closing milestones and the quality of the data for the internal reporting.
• Execute the application of Tax Control Framework guidelines, procedures and controls to the processes in scope ensuring their application even in case of processes changes to maintain live and effective Tax Principles.
• Support Integrated Accounting Manager at standardization and improvement projects.
• Cooperate with local stakeholders, ensuring timely execution of SLA or tasks under the responsibility of Integrated Accounting team.

Key Accountabilities

• Analyze and release the monthly trial balance for all the legal entities belonging to EASSC in order to grant compliance with the local and Barilla GAAP.
• Perform general ledger accounting entries and reconciliations to ensure the month-end closure process granting the respect of the closing milestones and the quality of the data for the internal reporting.
• Execute assigned tasks in relation to specific Integrated Accounting processes to grant the high standard service level in line with our targets.
• Ensure the complete fulfilment of legal requirements and the observance of established accounting principles and procedures.
• Ensure the compliance of cross-team accountabilities related to Integrated Accounting Processes.
• Support Integrated Accounting Manager at standardization and improvement projects aimed at automatizing and simplifying as much as possible, in respect of the quality of the output and of our governance model.
• Support local stakeholders in order to ensure the timely and correct application of the accounting processes and procedures among their activities.
• Provide adequate and timely support to local teams, to correctly perform their part of the process, and to internal and external auditors' and Tax Department information requests, assuring integrity and accuracy of related reporting and answers.
• Execute the application of Tax Control Framework guidelines, procedures and controls to the processes in scope ensuring their application even in case of processes changes to maintain live and effective Tax Principles.

Requirements

• University degree in Economics or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in similar environments
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Knowledge of Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Analytical approach and Data accuracy
• Good communication skills in order to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Team player with the ability to build solid relationships

Compensation package

• The gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than 34.000, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Industria Alimentare).
• The Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
