Scandit is building a new generation of computer vision‑driven retail technology. As a Senior Computer Vision Engineer, you will own the technical direction from validation to end‑to‑end prototypes, turning real‑world video data into robust, privacy‑aware CV models for live retail environments.

You will lead end‑to‑end CV/ML work, collaborate with product and engineering, and iterate quickly in a high‑ambiguity 0→1 product environment. Strong Python and modern ML frameworks are essential.

• University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or related technical field.

Mansioni

• Define and prioritize technical experiments to validate risks in CV/ML for retail environments.
• Design end-to-end CV/ML pipelines on real-world video data from ingestion to deployment.
• Set up and refine the annotation workflow to create high-quality training data.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to translate requirements into technical roadmaps.
• Select and optimize state-of-the-art CV architectures for action detection in unconstrained environments.
• Provide technical leadership and help shape future hiring for the team.
