Saipem is seeking a senior Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance Manager to lead the final project phase from commissioning preparation through operation and handover. You will manage a dedicated team, ensure safety, quality, and cost targets, and coordinate with client and partners across borders.

The role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities to travel abroad within the Integrated Phosphate Project. Advanced English required; French/Arabic are a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering Discipline (Preferably Chemical or Mechanical).
• 15 years as a Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance Manager in fertilizer industry.
• Fluent English; French & Arabic welcome.
• Leadership and team management.
• Project management and cost/schedule control.
• Cross-functional technical competencies.

Mansioni

• Ensure pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, test run, training and handover activities are completed to plan.
• Maintain HSE compliance and ensure procedures are followed at site and home office.
• Coordinate commissioning, start-up, operation and maintenance activities to meet schedule and cost targets.
• Lead resources, teams and interfaces with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Maintain Safety and Planned Maintenance systems across the plant.
