Ericsson Pagani is seeking a Senior Software Designer to lead the design and development of cloud-native licensing and entitlement capabilities. You will work in an international, cross-functional agile team to deliver scalable, secure services that power our telecom products.

The role requires strong architecture skills, hands-on software delivery, and mentoring responsibilities, with English and Italian fluency and a collaborative mindset.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of cloud-native software engineering or design roles.
• Minimum 2 years of team coordination or technical leadership.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Define end-to-end cloud-native architectures meeting functional, performance and scalability requirements.
• Design, implement and test cloud-native components, services and data pipelines.
• Build and maintain containerized applications and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to a small team of engineers.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and propose product/process improvements.
