Thermo Fisher Scientific (PPD) is seeking a Senior Clinical Team Manager to lead start-up and clinical deliverables for oncology and related therapy areas. You will coordinate a regional or country team, ensuring training, tracking and quality systems for the clinical management team. As Sr.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical start-up and management.
• Equivalency may be considered with education, training and related experience.

Mansioni

• Manage all clinical and start-up activities in studies of moderate to high complexity.
• Develop start-up tools and the Master Action Plan (MAP).
• Ensure timely setup, organization and quality of Trial Master File components.
• Lead team meetings and coordinate with sites, sponsors and regulators.
• Monitor timelines, resources, budgets and CRF collection/resolution.
