Realty Growth, Inc. is seeking a visionary Head of Claims Professional Services to lead our delivery practice, bridging insurance strategy, operations and technology execution across Europe.

You will guide senior client stakeholders, drive complex transformation programmes, and mentor multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable business value and long-term partnerships in the Claims domain. This is a strategic, high-impact role requiring deep domain expertise, executive gravitas and a passion

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience within the insurance industry, with a strong focus on Claims.
• End-to-end Claims knowledge across Property & Casualty insurance.
• Proven track record leading large Claims transformation or modernisation programmes.
• Experience working with tier-one insurers or major insurance software ecosystems.
• Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing senior teams and complex delivery organisations.
• Ability to engage confidently with C-level and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• International experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments is highly appreciated.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Professional Services practice focused on Claims transformation initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor for senior insurance executives and business stakeholders.
• Drive the successful delivery of complex Claims programmes from strategic design through implementation.
• Guide and mentor highly skilled functional consultants and business analysts.
• Support pre-sales initiatives by providing deep industry expertise and helping define transformation roadmaps.
• Ensure projects deliver tangible business value, operational efficiency and customer-centric outcomes.
• Manage challenging stakeholder environments and facilitate high-level decision-making processes.
• Contribute to the evolution of RGI's Claims offering by bringing market insights, best practices and innovation ideas.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with insurance clients and key industry stakeholders.
