Competenze

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Industrial/Material/Textile/Fashion Design.
• Mandatory professional CMF design portfolio; sensitivity to luxury & CMF trends.
• Ability to work in a multicultural international team.

• Senior: Independently deliver premium CMF color palettes & material solutions; lead European CMF resource integration; coordinate with global suppliers for material availability.
• Chief: Lead the studio’s CMF strategy and innovation roadmap; build and manage an international CMF team; liaise with global design/engineering teams to drive CMF realization.
