Job summary

Webuild in Milan is seeking a Senior Buyer for its Materials and Permanent Systems procurement to support the Global Commodity team and drive sourcing excellence on large-scale infrastructure projects.

You will collaborate with global stakeholders, define supplier strategies, manage RFx processes, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with company policies. A 5+ year multinational background, engineering/economics/business degree, fluent English, and SAP MM/MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in the same role in multinational contexts.
• Specialist Degree in Engineering/Economy/Business Management.
• Fluent English.
• Excellent MS Office and SAP MM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define procurement strategy with Global Commodity Manager and Unit buyers.
• Lead supplier lists, RFx processes, and commercial/contract negotiations.
• Support compliance with Global Supply Chain policies and company policies.
• Analyze offers, prepare summary tables, and provide recommendations.
• Draft terms and conditions of agreements/purchase orders with Legal/Contract teams.
• Support regional supply chain and procurement planning for Operational Units.
