  • Works with architects, SAP specialists, middleware teams, and external system integrators to assess cross-system impacts, define appropriate integration patterns, and ensure coherent changes across the application landscape.

  • Provides end-to-end oversight of project execution, including planning, requirements, design, build, testing, deployment readiness, cutover, hypercare, and transition to support, proactively managing dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and escalations throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Owns the successful delivery of projects and enhancements within the assigned SAP Integration area, coordinating business stakeholders, internal technology teams, middleware specialists, and external system integrators to deliver agreed scope, timelines, quality, and business outcomes.
  • Drives troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex integration issues, ensuring clear ownership, timely escalation, corrective actions, and sustainable resolution across internal teams and external delivery partners.
