AECOM is seeking a Senior Engineer to join the Bridges and Structures team in Milan. The role offers a hybrid work model, blending office and home-based work, and involves supporting a wide range of bridge and structure projects from feasibility through construction.

Applicants should have a strong background in structural engineering, Eurocodes, and experience with MIDAS, IDEA Statica, Ponti EC4, and Sofistik. Italian/English communication is essential.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in structural and bridge engineering.
• Experience in Eurocodes and National Highways and Railway Standards; knowledge of AS5100/AASHTO LRFD/ACI is a plus.
• Proficiency in structural analysis using specialized software (MIDAS, IDEA Statica).

Mansioni

• Contribute to feasibility studies, scheme designs and detailed designs.
• Provide design reports, technical notes and client presentations in English.
• Support BIM workflows and multidisciplinary project environments.
