Job summary

Bryden Wood in Milan is seeking a Structural Engineer or Architect with a master’s in Structural Engineering to join a multidisciplinary team on major Data Centre, pharma and infrastructure projects across Europe. The role blends design, calculations, BIM work and on-site support with a proactive, globally minded team.

The position offers 2–5 years of experience, fluency in Italian and English, and a hybrid working arrangement in Milan. A competitive salary is based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Structural / Civil), Architecture, Building Engineering, or country-origin equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in designing steel and concrete structures, foundations and earth retention.
• Excellent communication in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of Italian regulations and Eurocodes.
• Hybrid work setup based in Milan.

Responsibilities

• Produce structural designs and calculations for projects.
• Coordinate disciplines and BIM models across teams.
• Provide on-site technical assistance to contractors.
• Verify graphic deliverables and coordination checks.
