Ferrero is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to drive brand strategy and execution across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. This role leads integrated campaigns, launches, and portfolio initiatives while partnering with cross-functional teams and external agencies to accelerate growth.

The position is a 6-month contract with Ferrero, offering exposure to diverse markets, high-impact activations, and dynamic brand development opportunities within a global confectionery leader.

Competenze

• Strong brand management foundation in consumer-focused industries
• Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and product launches
• Experience across multiple markets in Southeast Asia is preferred
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and growth opportunities
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management capabilities
• Clear communication and presentation skills in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to challenges
• Fluency in English; additional Asian language is an advantage

Mansioni

• Lead development and execution of integrated brand and marketing plans across SEA, HK and Taiwan
• Drive product launches, portfolio initiatives, and consumer activation programs
• Develop compelling communication strategies and oversee campaigns across traditional, digital, and social media
• Monitor brand performance and translate insights into recommendations
• Manage marketing investments and budgets with disciplined resource allocation
• Collaborate with Commercial, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal and external agencies
• Oversee packaging, artwork and product lifecycle projects ensuring timely delivery and compliance
