Six Senses Rome seeks a Senior Bartender to deliver exemplary beverage service in a dynamic, luxury setting. You will be responsible for cocktail preparation, garnishing, wine and spirit knowledge, and upholding brand standards in line with Six Senses' values.

You will welcome guests, upsell menu items, maintain bar cleanliness, and coordinate with outlets to ensure seamless service across the resort. Fluency in Italian and English is required, along with eligibility to work in Italy.

Competenze

• 1-3 years’ Senior Bartender experience in a full-service outlet or similar setting.
• Experience in cocktail-making, beverage service and garnishing with excellent knowledge of wines, spirits and mixed drinks.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency.
• Fluent in Italian and in English.
• Eligible to work in Italy (EU Citizens).

• Greet guests courteously and attentively.
• Prepare, present and upsell cocktails and drinks per menus.
• Maintain cleanliness of menus, wine lists and bar areas.
• Provide empathetic service and uphold Six Senses standards.
• Ensure proper mise-en-place and equipment upkeep across beverage outlets.
• Have knowledge of outlet menus and opening hours.
