Amazon.com Services LLC's Prime Air avionics hardware team seeks a Sr. Electrical Hardware Engineer to own the hardware development lifecycle within avionics, validating interfaces with flight computer and sensors.

You will develop and execute verification/test plans, ensure DO-160/DO-254 compliance, lead RCA, drive DFM/DFR with vendors, and guide manufacturing and reliability initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical or computer engineering.
• 5+ years hardware engineering experience.

Mansioni

• Own hardware development lifecycle within avionics system.
• Develop and execute verification tests, ensure DO-160/DO-254 compliance.
• Bring up EE hardware, validate interfaces across flight computer and sensors.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement fixes across hardware/software interfaces.
• Drive DFM/DFR with fabrication and qualification vendors.
• Lead manufacturing and reliability initiatives for avionics hardware.
