Responsibilities

• Analyze functional and security requirements to define test strategies and plans
• Develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases
• Perform integration, validation, regression, and performance testing on embedded or avionics software systems
• Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking tools
• Collaborate with software development, system engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues and optimize the verification process
• Prepare detailed reports on test status, results, and requirements coverage
• Ensure compliance with aviation standards such as DO-178C, ARP4754A, and DO-330 (where applicable)
• Support internal/external certification and audit activities
• Participate in defining and improving test processes and internal best practice

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Aerospace Engineering, or related disciplines
• Experience in testing in the aerospace, avionics, or safety‑critical sectors
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Python, VectorCAST, LDRA, Jenkins, Jira, TestRail)
• Familiarity with V‑model software development cycles and DO‑178C certification processes
• Ability to interpret schematics, technical documents, and system requirements
• Basic knowledge of programming languages (C, C++, Python) and embedded environments
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git, SVN)
