NTT DATA Romania is seeking an experienced Senior Embedded Software Developer to join an automotive DCDC Converter project in the e‑mobility domain. You will focus on AUTOSAR Classic BSW development and low‑level embedded C, bringing strong hands‑on skills in BSW configuration and integration.

You will collaborate across System, Hardware and Testing teams, ensuring software quality and compliance with AUTOSAR and SPICE processes, while supporting ECU bring‑up and software releases.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of automotive embedded software experience.
• Proficient in Embedded C and AUTOSAR Classic BSW.
• Strong knowledge of CAN/CAN FD, DCM/DEM and ECU integration.
• Experience with DCDC converters or power ECUs in e‑mobility.

Mansioni

• Develop and configure AUTOSAR Classic BSW modules for DCDC ECU.
• Maintain low‑level embedded software in C.
• Analyze and debug issues across MCAL, BSW, RTE, and application layers.
• Support ECU bring‑up, software integration, and testing on target hardware.
• Develop and maintain communication, diagnostics, memory, and ECU management functions.
• Perform root‑cause analysis using automotive debugging tools.
• Collaborate with System, Hardware, and Testing teams to ensure quality.
• Contribute to software release activities and reviews.
