Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and mentor a team toward increased customer care and satisfaction.

The role covers diagnosing and repairing to specifications across brake, hydraulic, electrical, exhaust, and suspension systems; explaining findings; and staying current with evolving automotive tech through formal training. We value safety, quality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Skills in brakes, hydraulics, steering and suspension.
• Experience in automotive maintenance and tire repair.
• Ability to communicate technical info to non-technical customers.
• Reading, writing and math proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications across brake, hydraulic, electrical, exhaust, and suspension systems.
• Explain diagnoses and required repairs to customers clearly.
• Stay current with evolving automotive technology through ongoing training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Pursue ASE certifications within two years; company covers test fees.
