Alvarez & Marsal Rome is seeking an Associate for Global Transaction Advisory to join a growing, award-winning team. You will contribute across the deal life cycle, including buy-side and sell-side work, delivering international projects for premier clients.

The role requires a qualified accountant or strong academic record, plus experience in Transaction Services or Big 4 audit and fluency in English and Italian. Base salaries range from €35k to €45k with uncapped bonuses.

Competenze

• Qualified accountant and/or an exceptional academic record.
• Experience in Transaction Services (financial due diligence) or in audit at a Big 4 firm is essential.
• Fluent business level English and Italian is essential; additional European languages desirable.
