SC Johnson in Italy seeks a Senior Associate, Customer Marketing to drive commercial activities and coordinate with the Sales team in Italy to hit turnover and market-share targets.

You will develop category plans, manage promotions, and oversee launches and NPDs, leveraging regional materials and data to optimize performance.

Competenze

• Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar.
• Commercial background with at least 3 years in Trade Marketing/Marketing in a multinational FMCG company.
• E-commerce experience would be a plus.
• Fluent both in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Responsible for Net Sales, Market Shares and execution KPIs for assigned categories.
• Define the category plan and strategy in terms of launches, distribution, promotions and oversees local tracking to achieve the business objectives.
• Project management on NPDs to ensure timely & efficient go to market.
• Sellout data analysis: market share, distribution, promo performance, competitors’ activities.
• Implementing Consumer and Trade Promotion plans.
• Managing the relationship with suppliers and other partners (cooperation with regional and local partners).
• Working with Sales Team to ensure all distribution and display initiatives are timely and properly executed.
• Responsible for artwork/labels and POS & promo packs materials development.
• Developing trade presentations leveraging regional materials.
• Collaborate with Regional team on branding and media campaigns roll out

Senior Associate, Customer Marketing

This role is eligible for international relocation.

Overview

You will be a key player of Customer Marketing team and is responsible for the development and implementation of commercial activities, according to Regional & Country Group Category Strategies, working closely with the sales team in Italy to achieve turnover & market share targets.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Net Sales, Market Shares and execution KPIs for assigned categories.
• Define the category plan and strategy in terms of launches, distribution, promotions and oversees local tracking to achieve the business objectives.

The expected gross salary range for this position is between 38800,00 EUR - 54411,00 EUR. Job related skills, experience, and education, will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive, and/or long-term incentives.
