SC Johnson is seeking an Intern Analyst in Supply Planning for Arese, Italy. You will support replenishment, optimize inventory levels at distribution centers, and collaborate with procurement, logistics, customer service, and manufacturing sites to keep products available and aligned with regional targets.

Ideal candidates are students or recent graduates in Engineering, Economics, or Supply Chain who are fluent in English and Italian with strong Excel skills.

Competenze

• University degree in Engineering, Economics or Supply Chain Management
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Proficiency in general Office software, with advanced Excel skills being a plus

• Craft action plans to optimize inventory locations
• Deliver insightful inventory analysis and reports using ERP and other tools
• Track inbound shipments from manufacturing and suppliers
• Ensure products are available at warehouse and manage weekly replenishments
• Support supply planning from a regional perspective
• Drive ERP and process improvements
• Engage proactively with Customer Service and local supply chain teams
• Participate in and organize regular reviews on operations, quality, and improvements
• Update monthly KPIs and perform root cause analysis on supply chain losses

About the Team/Department

As an Intern Analyst in Supply Planning, you’ll be at the heart of our finished goods inventory management across the AMET region.

Responsibilities

• Craft action plans to optimize inventory locations
• Deliver insightful inventory analysis and reports using ERP and other tools
