Amazon’s AWS Legal team seeks a qualified technology lawyer to support sales in Italy and Southern Europe. You will draft and negotiate enterprise and public sector agreements, advise on regulatory and data protection matters, and provide pragmatic legal guidance to senior executives across multiple jurisdictions.

You should bring Italy bar qualification, 2+ years post-qualification experience, and fluency in Italian and English to navigate complex cloud IT transactions and fast-paced business

Competenze

• Qualified to practice law in Italy.
• Minimum of 2+ years post-qualification legal experience.
• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including colleagues and leadership, or experience in logistics.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in Italian and English at C1 level or above.

Mansioni

• Draft, negotiate, and advise on strategic technology service agreements with enterprise and public sector customers and partners.
• Provide legal support for local and regional services and initiatives.
• Offer regulatory interpretation and guidance to senior executives and legal teams on product development, operations, security, compliance, data protection and public policy matters.
• Manage legal issues in existing relationships and respond to inquiries from customers and business partners.
• Contribute to multi-jurisdictional deal structures and lead strategic sales transactions and partnerships.
