Job summary

Williams & Company is seeking an experienced coach to deliver paid coaching sessions as part of our Coaching in Organisation and Career Transition & Outplacement practices. All sessions are conducted remotely for partner organisations.

The role, Senior Associate, Capability Building & Coaching, offers a small team environment, flexible remote work, and fees ranging from 25 to 75 EUR per session depending on experience and credential level.

Qualifications

• Foundational coaching training from a reputable institution is required.
• Credential at ACC/Practitioner/Coach level with ICF/EMCC/AC accreditation.
• Experience coaching professionals in business/organizational settings, focusing on performance and career coaching.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver 45-minute performance coaching sessions to employees at partner organisations for our Coaching in Organisation practice.
• Deliver 45-minute career coaching sessions to employees at partner organisations for our Career Transition & Outplacement practice.
• All coaching sessions are conducted remotely.

Who we’re looking for:

• You completed a foundational coaching training at a reputable institution (e.g. University of Cambridge, Henley Business School, INSEAD, or similar).
• You hold a coaching credential (ICF, EMCC, or AC) at the level of ACC (ICF), Practitioner (EMCC), orCoach (AC).
• You’re comfortable coaching professionals in a business/organisational context, both focused on Performance Coaching and on Career Coaching.

What we offer:
