Bryden Wood seeks an experienced Senior Architect to lead high-profile industrial and advanced manufacturing projects across Europe, uniting multidisciplinary teams and translating complex technical challenges into coordinated solutions.

The role requires deep expertise in process and manufacturing plant design, with fluency in English and Italian, and a track record of guiding projects from concept to delivery while ensuring operational excellence.

Competenze

• Master's Degree in Architecture (or equivalent) with professional registration required or in progress.
• 8+ years' proven experience designing and delivering process plants, advanced manufacturing facilities, and industrial complexes.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing operations, process engineering principles, and plant workflows.

Mansioni

• Lead integrated design where architectural solutions respond to process demands, production sequences, and operational logistics.
• Coordinate and mentor multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, and specialists to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
