Amazon.com Services LLC's Titans Science team seeks a Senior Applied Scientist to tackle RL-based agent systems and production ML at scale. You will translate real seller pain into science solutions, architect problems into tractable ML tasks, and scale models across millions of interactions.

You will collaborate with engineers and product partners, publish research, mentor junior scientists, and shape the science roadmap.

Competenze

• 7+ years of applied research experience.
• 5+ years of building ML models for business applications.
• PhD or Master's degree with 5+ years of applied research experience.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end RL-based agent improvement research and deployment.
• Design reward modeling and policy optimization for conversational agents.
• Build evaluation frameworks for agent quality across multiple metrics.
• Collaborate with scientists in NLU, optimization, ML and statistics.
• Partner with 10+ engineering teams to deploy models to production.
