Zusammenfassung

DXC Technology Italia seeks an Application Technical Leader to own software solutions end-to-end, from design through production, ensuring code quality, scalability and maintainability.

You will design and develop features using Java EE, Spring, SPA frameworks, Microservices, Docker and cloud architectures, while guiding junior staff, reviewing code and validating technical requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Advanced expertise in Java EE, Spring Framework (Core, MVC, Security, Data, Boot), SPA frameworks, Microservices, Docker and cloud architectures.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, such as cloud AI services, LLM platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI), basic ML frameworks and AI API integration.
• Advanced software development competencies: code quality, architecture design, DevOps practices and agile/waterfall methodologies.
• Understanding of cloud-based applications architecture and deployment practices.
• Ability to translate business needs into structured technical requirements, including AI-driven features (classification, automation, RAG).
• Strong analytical skills, problem solving and teamwork.

Aufgaben

• End-to-end technical ownership of software and application solutions from design to production.
• Design, develop and implement features or upgrades using Java EE, Spring, SPA, Microservices, Docker and cloud architectures.
• Provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level resources on delivery, code reviews and QA.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues on systems and platforms.
• Interface with Business Analysts, Project Managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions.
• Contribute to standards, best practices and design patterns in Software Engineering, DevOps and Cloud.
• Assist in hiring through technical evaluations during interviews.
• Stay current on emerging tools and technologies in software development.
