DXC Technology Italia is seeking an Application Technical Leader to join the Custom Application Offering. You will own end-to-end technical delivery of software solutions from design to production, ensuring code quality, scalability and maintainability.

You will design and implement features using Java EE, Spring Framework, SPA frameworks, microservices, Docker and cloud-based architectures, provide technical guidance, review code and solve complex issues, while aligning with business

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master Degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
• Advanced technical expertise in Java EE, Spring Framework, SPA frameworks, microservices, Docker and cloud architectures.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and AI APIs integration in enterprise applications.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end technical delivery of software solutions from design to production.
• Guide and support junior engineers on delivery, reviews and QA.
• Design and implement features with Java EE, Spring, SPA, microservices, Docker and cloud-based architectures.
• Analyze complex issues and evaluate alternative solutions.
• Collaborate with BAs, PMs and stakeholders to align tech with business goals.
• Contribute to technical standards and design patterns in software engineering and cloud.
