Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in native Android development.
• Strong practical knowledge of Kotlin.
• Commercial experience with Jetpack Compose and/or Android Views.
• Extensive hands-on experience implementing accessibility features in native Android applications.
• Strong practical experience using TalkBack and Android Accessibility APIs.
• Proven experience implementing content descriptions, accessibility roles and states, and accessibility focus management.
• Experience testing accessibility and ensuring WCAG 2.1/2.2 compliance.
