Scrambly S.r.l. seeks a Senior Analytics Engineer to build and run the data platform behind the commercial side of Scrambly—the pipelines and models that power spending, rewards, and ecosystem protection.

You will own analytical pipelines, derive actionable insights, and collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Backend, and commercial teams. This early data-team hire will shape data strategy, scale pipelines, and improve product data quality while working with a small, high-performing crew in a

Competenze

3+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, BI development, or related role with pipelines in production.
Strong SQL and data modelling skills.
Analytical judgement for turning questions into measurable actions.
Experience with Google Cloud stack is strongly preferred.

Mansioni

Build and model analytical pipelines in Dataform on BigQuery from source data to consumable tables.
Analyse and recommend commercial actions using data and set thresholds for day-to-day decisions.
Take ownership of established pipelines; document and keep them running in production.
Make data trustworthy by building testing, assertion, and alerting layers for models driving decisions.
Raise engineering efficiency by managing warehouse costs and promoting best practices.
Collaborate with Head of Data, Data Scientists, Backend, and commercial teams to align data initiatives.
