NXP Semiconductors in Catania is hiring for Analog Design IP Leaders to own mixed-signal IP for MCUs, from definition to silicon realization. You will collaborate across design, verification, and product teams to deliver high-performance IP blocks such as ADC, DAC, PLL, oscillators, and references.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in electronic engineering, 10+ years of development experience, and strong mentoring and communication skills; willingness to lead small teams in a dynamic environment

Competenze

Master’s degree in electronic/electrical engineering.
10+ years of product development experience.
Experience with analog/mixed signal IP areas (ADC, DAC, PLL, Oscillators, References, LDO, DC-DC, amplifiers, filters).
Experience creating and using behavioral models (AMS, DMS, Matlab, System-C).
Strong communication and teamwork; mentoring junior engineers.

Define analog/mixed signal IP requirements based on product requirements.
Drive and define innovative circuit architectures to meet requirements.
Create robust and high-quality IP from requirements.
May include leading small teams of analog and digital designers.
End-to-end ownership for implementation, simulation, layout, and validation of mixed signal IP for MCUs.
