NCS Group is seeking a Senior AI Native Builder within AI Central to lead the design, productisation, and deployment of AI-powered products for regulated sectors across Asia Pacific and beyond. You will operate in live client contexts, turning ambiguous challenges into tested, scalable solutions and reusable assets.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, define AI delivery methodologies for verticals, and drive fast experiments while ensuring security, maintainability, and business value.

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience delivering AI, machine learning, or generative AI solutions in real-world settings.
• Strong understanding of modern AI tooling and evaluation approaches.

• Lead client engagements from problem framing to MVP or deployable solution.
• Translate business needs into technical execution and product hypotheses.
• Build and ship AI-enabled solutions using software engineering, orchestration, automation, and design tools.
