NCS Group is seeking a Senior AI Native Builder for its AI Central unit. You will develop, productise, and deploy AI-powered products and MVPs in live client contexts across Singapore and the wider Asia Pacific region.

You will join a startup-style team and work directly with senior leaders to turn opportunities into AI-driven solutions, while shaping reusable assets and onboarding engineers into scalable practices.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
Demonstrated experience delivering AI, ML, or generative AI solutions in real-world settings.
Strong understanding of modern AI tooling, including LLM patterns, orchestration, automation, evaluation, and model limitations.
Ability to balance experimentation with engineering discipline including security, reliability, maintainability.
Strong communication and stakeholder management, able to translate business needs to technical execution at exec level.
Proven ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and deliver outcomes quickly.
