Jobtailor is seeking a senior engineer to help build, implement, and deploy agentic platforms for client environments in Italy. The role emphasizes scalable AI-driven solutions and LLM-powered agents across products, processes, and teams.

You will collaborate with client stakeholders and delivery teams to roll out agentic capabilities that integrate with enterprise systems and frameworks. Extensive consulting experience with complex engagements is valued.

Competenze

• 8+ years of commercial senior engineer experience.
• Experience designing agentic platforms with Python and AI frameworks.
• Architect LLM orchestration with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen.
• Implement multi-agent systems with tool use, memory, decision-making.
• Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with enterprise data sources.
• Integrate platforms with APIs, data platforms, cloud services.
• Configure Kubernetes and deploy workloads.
• Design deployment architectures across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Strong consulting experience delivering complex client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Help build, implement, and deploy agentic platforms within client environments.
• Focus on building and deploying scalable AI-driven solutions.
• Enable organisations to operationalise LLM-powered agents across products, processes, and teams.
• Work closely with client stakeholders, technical leaders, and delivery teams to build, and roll out agentic capabilities that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise systems and frameworks.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering at a Senior Engineer level. Our Seniors typically have at least 8 years of commercial experience.
• Experience designing and building agentic platforms using Python and modern AI frameworks.
• Architect LLM orchestration using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and related technologies.
• Implement multi-agent systems supporting tool use, workflow orchestration, memory, and decision-making.
• Design and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines integrating enterprise data sources.
• Integrate agentic platforms with client systems, including APIs, data platforms, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
• The ability to configure Kubernetes and deploy workloads.
• Design deployment architectures across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
• Ability to collaborate efficiently in teams of technical and non-technical individuals.
• Comfort working in a dynamic environment with evolving objectives and direct iteration with users.
• Strong consulting experience to plan, execute, and deliver complex client engagements, solving real business problems.
