BCG Platinion is seeking a Senior AI Tech Consultant Cyber Security in Italy to lead cybersecurity strategies, architectures, and end-to-end delivery on client programs. You will guide security roadmaps, collaborate with C-suite and engineering teams, and drive certifications and secure implementations.

The role is hybrid in Italy with travel to client locations, frequent interaction with executives, and a focus on innovative security solutions across AI, cloud, and data protection domains.

Competenze

• A university degree in cyber security, information technology, or a related field.
• From 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in IT security consulting or a similar role, demonstrating a track record of leading sizable and complex projects.
• Strong practical knowledge of cybersecurity operating processes and frameworks such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27000, and SABSA.
• Holders of professional certifications like CISSP, CISM, or ISO27001 are preferred.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage interdisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English are required.
• Comfortable working in global contexts and adaptable to rapidly changing environments.
• Readiness to travel extensively as required by client engagements and project demands.
