BCG Platinion is seeking a Lead IT Architect to work with clients, define IT strategies and architecture solutions, and secure buy-in for recommendations, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform potential into performance.

You will own end-to-end modules, develop specialized knowledge, and begin leading teams, with opportunities to shape architecture decisions across IaaS/PaaS, containers, and service mesh in a hybrid, regional setting.

Competenze

• University degree in a mathematical-scientific field, information technology, or business administration.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• 10–15 years of experience in software development, technical PM, digital delivery, or technology consulting.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end modules within larger, highly technical projects.
• Define IT strategies, architecture solutions, and win buy-in for recommendations.
• Take on team lead responsibilities and develop specialized knowledge.
• Review vendor proposals and in-flight technical work to ensure quality.
• Roadmap and develop business cases for IT initiatives.
• Advise on core technical concepts and architecture frameworks.
