EverAI is seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager to lead a remote-first affiliate program across Italy and international partners. You’ll manage and grow relationships, onboard new affiliates, monitor traffic and ROI, and optimize campaigns for scale while collaborating with marketing and product teams.

The role demands 5+ years in affiliate marketing, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Everflow, Looker Studio and SEMrush.

Alexis Soulopoulos [CEO] • 10+ years in Tech Executive Leadership • Co-Founder Mad Paws Holdings (from 0 to IPO) • Forbes 30 under 30 + Deloitte TechFast50 ’22 & ‘23 Michael Monin [Co-founder & CTO] • 10+ years as CTO / COO (web2/web3), 3 years in AI/LLM • Serial-entrepreneur: MTK Digital (exited / 0->$20m revenue) and Zipchat (AI Chatbot for E-commerce brands) Thomas Lacroix [Co-founder & CMO] • 8+ years in Customer Acquisition & E-commerce Growth • Serial-entrepreneur: Curatible (sold to Blackstone) and MTK Digital (exited / 0->$20m revenue) Maruša Fasano [CFO/Legal] • 25+ years in Finance, Strategy, M&A • Ex-CFO/M&A @Curatible (exited to Blackstone) • Ex-President of the Board @SotremoSA (exited) • Co-founder/CFO @SoftOne (exited) Your Role Reporting directly to our Head of Partnerships/Affiliation, Hugo, this is what you'll be doing: Key Responsibilities • Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates, ensuring they are consistently informed and supported • Oversee the onboarding process for new affiliates, ensuring smooth integration into the affiliate program • Monitor affiliate performance, generating reports on traffic, conversions, and ROI • Analyze affiliate results to identify areas of improvement, optimize campaigns for better performance, and find any opportunities to scale • Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners to expand the affiliate network • Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide solutions in a timely manner • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels, ensuring maximum conversion rates • Regularly review and improve processes to enhance affiliate communication and management Your Qualifications Hard Skills • 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management • Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and network • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics and strategies on diverse channels (SEO, media buying, paid socials, etc.) • Advanced competence with tools like Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting systems • Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting • Ability to optimize processes for performance efficiency and ROI Soft Skills Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English) Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment ️ Doer mindset - we are moving fast and need people who can balance execution, planning, and strategy Humble - willing to learn, open to feedback Adaptable - comfortable reprioritizing overnight when the landscape shifts #NSFW - Comfortable advertising products based on uncensored models and content Bonus Points • Experience with complex affiliate tracking systems like postback S2S setup, ad servers and so on • Faced strong challenges (Affiliate disputes, tracking issues, fraud, volume drops, etc.) • Previous experience scaling affiliate programs from mid-size to enterprise level • Knowledge of funnel optimization strategies and A/B testing • Experience with subscription-based business models • Familiarity with fraud prevention techniques Why EverAI?
