EverAI is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our fully remote team serving Italy. You will own end-to-end design across multiple product spaces, including conversational experiences and monetisation flows, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and leadership to deliver high-quality AI-powered experiences.

The role emphasizes strong product judgment, technical fluency with AI tools, and a proactive mindset to push ideas forward in a fast-moving environment.

You’ll work across multiple product surfaces, including conversational experiences, character creation, monetization flows, growth experiences, interactive features, and emerging product areas still being defined. You’ll work closely with our Product Design Lead, Product Managers, and Engineers to solve complex product problems, explore new opportunities, and help define the next generation of consumer AI experiences. We’re looking for someone with strong product judgment, technical fluency, excellent communication, and the ability to contribute original ideas that raise the bar. Your Responsibilities Product Design • Own end-to-end design across multiple product areas from concept through delivery • Translate complex product and technical challenges into intuitive, high-quality user experiences • Balance speed, experimentation, and craft across fast-moving initiatives • Design for engagement, retention, monetisation, and conversion at scale • Create and iterate on visual content (image + video) to support product exploration, in-product experiences, and marketing/growth surfaces Product Thinking & Innovation • Contribute original product ideas and creative concepts • Identify opportunities beyond the immediate brief • Help shape new features and interaction patterns through proactive exploration • Push ideas further through experimentation and thoughtful challenge We value designers who don’t just execute; we want people who actively contribute ideas that surprise, inspire, and unlock new opportunities.
