EssilorLuxottica in Agordo is seeking an AME Process Engineer to support industrialization of innovative products, from early development to production ramp-up. The role involves defining robust processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and working on shift-based production.

You will set up manufacturing processes, validate parameters for glue dispensing and bonding, and contribute to trial runs, validation, and handover documentation, with opportunities to train partners abroad.

Competenze

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Automation, Materials Engineering or equivalent technical background.
• At least 5 years of experience in process engineering, NPI, industrialization or manufacturing process set-up within assembly or high-precision production environments.
• Good knowledge of process set-up, parameter definition, process control and validation methodologies.
• Practical experience or strong technical understanding of glue dispensing, bonding applications, adhesive control or similar assembly processes.
• Ability to assess whether glue deposition is correct, identify defects or instability and propose process adjustments.
• Analytical mindset, hands-on approach and good collaboration skills with Production, Quality, Equipment and Engineering teams.

Your role

Job Description

The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing process engineering, NPI or assembly environments, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to define robust, repeatable and efficient production processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
