Richemont is seeking a Senior Accounting & Reporting Specialist to drive process improvement and ensure IFRS and Italian GAAP compliance for Group entities in Italy and Greece. You will support monthly reporting packages, statutory financial statements, and internal control activities while coordinating with auditors.

The role emphasizes accelerating closing timelines, harmonizing practices across the Group, and contributing to strategic finance projects.

Competenze

• Degree/Bachelor in Economics or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience in General Accounting and/or Controlling, complemented by a background in Audit.
• Experience in manufacturing/production environments is a plus.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency.
• SAP knowledge will be a plus.
• Familiarity with process automation tools or project management software is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support the preparation of monthly Reporting Packages in compliance with Group Principles and IFRS.
• Support the preparation of the statutory financial statements.
• Manage internal control activities on reporting activities.
• Cooperate closely with internal and/or external auditors.
• Monitor Intercompany Reconciliations for Reporting purposes.
• Perform Accounting Controls and reconciliations.
• Manage General accounting records (e.g., accruals, deferrals, accounting reclassifications, etc.) and Controlling accounting records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support the accounting management of fixed assets and intangible assets, including: recording additions, disposals, and transfers; monitoring capex; ensuring correct depreciation and amortization; and maintaining asset master data in compliance with Group policies.
