Zeeco, Inc. Italy HQ in Cinisello Balsamo (MI) seeks a Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. You will ensure accurate general ledger, payroll and T&E accounting, tax operations and fixed assets while supporting the close process and internal controls.

The role reports to the Head of Finance Italy and emphasizes an operational profile in a dynamic, international finance environment with room to evolve processes and tools.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics and 6–10 years in operational accounting or audit.
• Hands-on general ledger and financial close experience.
• Operational payroll, T&E, tax postings and fixed assets experience.
• ERP experience (SAGE/SAP/Oracle) and strong Excel skills.
• Detail‑oriented with autonomous, collaborative mindset; fluent English.

Mansioni

• General ledger accounting, journal entries, accruals and reconciliations.
• Support month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing with accuracy.
• Prepare schedules and documentation for closing and reporting.
• Payroll, T&E postings and tax operational accounting with external providers.
• Manage T&E accounting reconciliations across systems and GL.
• Support tax postings, reconciliations, and external coordination.
• Fixed assets capitalization, depreciation, disposals and reconciliations.
• Keep fixed asset records accurate and up to date.
• Act as backup for AP/AR interfaces and GL integration.
• Perform reconciliations between subledgers and GL; monitor suspense accounts.
• Assist audits with documentation and explanations.
• Drive continuous improvement within Finance and cross‑functional teams.
