Bending Spoons is seeking a finance professional to manage invoicing, reconciliations, and ERP-driven month-end closures across European entities. The role involves M&A accounting, financial reporting, and supporting audits, with a focus on accurate, timely, and scalable processes.

Based in Milan or remote from eligible countries, the position offers exposure to high-growth projects, cross-functional collaboration, and competitive compensation in Europe.

Mansioni

• Manage invoicing and reconciliations across subsidiaries and with third-party vendors; oversee accounts receivable/payable and bank reconciliations.
• Lead month-end closures and ERP management; maintain revenues, costs, and cash flow records; support consolidation and statutory reporting.
• Support the M&A accounting processes integration; bookkeeping for acquired companies; help design and migrate new processes.
• Prepare monthly financial reports; partner with Technology to enable annual statements and accounting automations.
• Provide audit support; coordinate with tax advisors, auditors, and consultants for internal and external audits.
