Bending Spoons is seeking a talented, driven professional to join our small, high-performing teams in Milan or remotely across Europe. You will steer administrative operations during acquisitions, restructurings, and share option plans, with emphasis on international workplace laws and compliance.

You will work cross-functionally to implement welfare and benefits, manage offers, onboarding, and offboarding, and support visa processes with automation and AI tools.

Mansioni

• Support new office launches by coordinating the administrative workstream, conducting due diligence on local requirements, and building and maintaining the administrative blueprint.
• Steer the people side of extraordinary administrative operations including new business acquisitions, internal reorganizations, legal restructuring, and share option plans.
• Stay up to date with workplace international laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and effective enforcement across our organizations, also in collaboration with external consultants.
• Work cross-functionally to develop and implement exceptional employee welfare and benefits initiatives.
• Manage job offers, onboarding, and offboarding end-to-end—from negotiation and visa support to administrative updates—ensuring outstanding experiences while streamlining workflows through automation and AI-enabled tools.
