viridiusLAB AG seeks an experienced accounting professional to support the Team Lead Accounting Italy in day-to-day operations and manage full accounting cycles in line with Italian standards. You will drive process standardization, digitalization, and build scalable workflows while collaborating with our Vienna headquarters and international subsidiaries.

The role requires strong Excel skills, familiarity with Italian tax regulations, and fluent English for coordinating with the Vienna team.

Competenze

• Degree or commercial qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally within an international company or group structure.
• Strong knowledge of Italian accounting principles and relevant tax regulations.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and a confident command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent English is essential for daily communication with our headquarters in Vienna.
• A structured, process-oriented, and hands-on approach to work.
• Strong analytical skills, initiative, and the confidence to improve existing processes.
• A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.

Mansioni

• Support the Team Lead Accounting Italy in the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure smooth, reliable financial processes.
• Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and payment processing.
• Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings in accordance with Italian accounting standards.
• Drive the continuous improvement, standardization, and digitalization of accounting processes.
• Work confidently with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and contribute to its ongoing optimization.
• Transform accounting processes from reactive, ad hoc solutions into structured, scalable, and repeatable workflows.
• Collaborate closely with the Group Finance team at our headquarters in Vienna as well as colleagues across our international subsidiaries.
• Support tax audits and work closely with external tax advisors and auditors.
• Participate in group-wide finance projects and accounting process harmonization initiatives.
