Alpitronic, a high-tech company in Bolzano, Italy, seeks a seasoned accountant to independently manage accounting for Italian and foreign group entities and support audit activities. You will record a wide range of transactions, assist in tax returns, and contribute to monthly reports.

The ideal candidate has education in business administration, several years in auditing or tax consulting, and fluent Italian, English, and German.

Competenze

• Education in business administration; a degree in economics is an advantage.
• Several years of experience in auditing firms, tax consultancy, or accounting.
• Structured and meticulous working method.
• Good communication skills, ability to work in a team.
• Excellent knowledge of English and Italian and German.

Mansioni

• Record and report diverse business transactions (invoices, receipts, payroll, taxes) timely and accurately.
• Support billing activities for National, EU and Non-EU customers with sales/service teams.
• Issue credit notes, adjustments, and reversals per company procedures.
• Assist in tax return preparation.
• Manage accounting activities and prepare financial statements for Italian and foreign group companies.
• Prepare monthly accounting reports and assist external auditors.
• Contribute to consolidated financial statements and transfer pricing documentation.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring timely and accurate recording of various business transactions (e.g. invoices, receipts, payroll costs, taxes, etc.)
• Support for active billing activities for National, EU and Non-EU customers, in collaboration with the sales and service departments
• Issuing credit notes, adjustments, and reversals in compliance with company procedures
• Assisting in the preparation of tax returns
• Independent management of accounting activities and preparation of financial statements for some of the Italian and foreign companies within the Group
• Preparing monthly accounting reports and assisting external auditors during audit activities
• Contributing to the preparation of the consolidated financial statements and of the documentation required for transfer pricing purposes within the Group

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Education in business administration; a degree in economics is an advantage
• Several years of experience in auditing firms, tax consultancy, or accounting
• Structured and meticulous working method
• Good communication skills, ability to work in a team
• Excellent knowledge of English and Italian and German

• Total compensation starting from € 38.000 gross per year, including a 20% variable bonus based on goal achievement
