Pandora in Milan is seeking an Assortment Planning Manager to lead the development and execution of the regional assortment strategy across SEMEA. You will balance global direction with local relevance while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Ecommerce, Finance and Global Merchandising teams.

You will define customer-centric assortment plans, lead pre-season range planning, and steer in-season trading to maximize sales, margin and inventory productivity.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in merchandising, assortment planning, buying or product management.
• Proven track record of building and executing assortment strategies across multiple categories, channels and markets.
• Advanced analytical and Excel skills, with experience using planning, ERP and BI tools.

Mansioni

• Define and deliver a customer-centric assortment strategy across SEMEA markets.
• Translate global product direction into locally relevant plans and assortments.
• Lead pre-season range planning and in-season trading reviews to optimize stock and profitability.
• Monitor performance and adjust assortments to maximize sales and margin.
• Present recommendations to senior regional and global stakeholders.
