Job summary

Nebuly, Turin-based (hybrid), seeks a DevOps - Self-Hosted Specialist to deploy Nebuly in customer environments and maintain health and upgrades. You’ll bridge engineering and customer teams, delivering secure, scalable deployments across cloud platforms.

Responsibilities include Terraform modules, Kubernetes operations, upgrades, and security reviews, with a strong emphasis on customer success and collaboration. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional DevOps/platform/cloud experience.
• Strong, hands-on Terraform experience: modules, state, adaptations.
• Strong, hands-on Kubernetes experience: production workloads and upgrades.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; willingness to work across all three.
• Networking concepts (VPCs, DNS, TLS) and security best practices.
• Logging/monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack.
• Scripting (Bash, Python) for automation; Go is a plus.
• CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Excellent English communication; customer-facing mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead Nebuly deployments in customer environments on AWS, Azure, and GCP from kickoff to go-live.
• Write and maintain Terraform modules for customer infra, respecting networking and security constraints.
• Deploy Nebuly on Kubernetes clusters (AKS, EKS, GKE, on-prem) using Helm and release tooling.
• Own upgrade lifecycle: plan, schedule windows, and run latest releases for each customer.
• Troubleshoot in environments with customer DevOps, platform, and security teams.
• Explain Nebuly deployment data flows during security/architecture reviews.
• Feed recurring problems back into Terraform, Helm, docs, and runbooks.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success to prioritise needs.
