TD SYNNEX Italy is seeking a Category Manager to support the Security Vendor portfolio across Italy. You will manage vendor operations, maintain product and pricing data in SAP, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver actionable business insights.

The role requires previous category management or sales support experience, fluent Italian and English, strong analytical skills, and comfort working with data and multiple systems.

About The Role

We are looking for a Category Manager to support our Security Vendor portfolio in Italy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some previous experience in category management, product support, commercial operations, or sales support who enjoys working with data, SAP, and cross-functional teams.
You will be responsible for supporting vendor operations, maintaining product and pricing information, monitoring stock availability, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and providing business insights through reporting.

What You'll Do

• Support the day-to-day management of Security vendor portfolios.
• Maintain product, pricing, and commercial data within SAP.
• Monitor inventory levels and collect stock requirements for the Italian business.
• Liaise with vendors to expedite orders and improve product availability.
• Resolve order blocks and support order fulfilment activities.
• Process credit notes and manage back-office operational processes.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF).
• Prepare and maintain reports on sales, orders, stock, and business performance.
• Analyse business data to support commercial and purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and vendor partners.

What We're Looking For

• Some previous experience in Category Management, Product Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Support, or a similar role.
• Experience working with SAP is essential.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience producing and interpreting business reports.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working with data and multiple internal systems.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of QMT or similar ERP/business systems would be an advantage.
