Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Business Analyst in Italy to strengthen the Organization & Special Projects team. The role reports to the Head of Organization & Special Projects and focuses on consolidating key responsibilities while driving process improvements across procurement and contracts.

You will coordinate procurement activities, manage contracts, oversee the vehicle fleet, and support policy updates with cross-functional stakeholders. Excellent English and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma completed.
• Strong understanding of organizational processes and cross-functional operations.
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook with strong analytical ability.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Improve business processes related to procurement of IT assets and services.
• Coordinate procurement and service contracts, ensuring policy compliance.
• Manage full contract lifecycle: documents, renewals, invoicing.
• Coordinate company vehicle fleet and related operations.
• Support policy review and rollout with cross-functional teams.
• Identify efficiency improvements by analyzing workflows.
• Prepare reports and performance analyses for monitoring and compliance.
