Job summary

Under Armour, Inc is seeking energetic Seasonal Sales Associates for part‑time, 20 hours per week in Italy. You will deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and help keep the store organized and stocked.

The role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for future seasonal roles, and a dynamic team environment in a busy retail setting. Ideal candidates are 16+ years old, comfortable with technology, and able to work holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (or 18 in California)
• Able to move around sales floor, stockroom and office; able to lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English a plus
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Able to perform essential functions and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, handheld and mobile devices)

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout
• Suggest appropriate apparel and footwear to customers
• Stock, straighten and clean store areas; support front and back of store tasks
• Handle point of sale and payment processes; assist with omni‑channel requests
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales goals and maintain a fast‑paced store environment
• Engage customers with the UA Rewards program and foster loyalty
• Pursue self‑development and growth opportunities within the role

Your Impact

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient check out
• Bring out the best in each customer by suggesting the right apparel and footwear
• Share what they know - and love - about our products Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Work both front and back of store as needed, including point of sale and payment processes
• Deliver customer omni-channel requests through digital experience Demonstrate collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our Rewards program

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet these minimum requirements:

• At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California)
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and can lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and weekends
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand-held and mobile devices)
