Job summary

Under Armour is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver standout in-store experiences, drive sales, and keep the store looking sharp. If you thrive in a fast-paced team environment, you can shine and grow with us.

As a part-time teammate, you’ll engage customers, share product knowledge, and support omni-channel requests while upholding UA policies and attendance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 (18 where required by local law).
• Able to move around the sales floor and stockroom; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills; capable of basic functions.
• Ability to perform essential store tasks and operate tech devices.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers.
• Share knowledge about products and benefits.
• Stock, straighten and keep the store neat.
• Handle front and back of store tasks, including POS.
• Fulfill omni-channel requests through digital experience.
• Collaborate effectively with the team in a fast-paced environment.
• Promote the Rewards program to customers.
• Be accountable for self-development and growth.
• Deliver omni-channel requests per UA processes and policies.
• Fulfill working hours as scheduled per attendance policy.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Your Impact

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient check out
• Bring out the best in each customer by suggesting the right apparel and footwear
• Share what they know - and love - about our products
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Work both front and back of store as needed, including point of sale and payment processes
• Deliver customer omni-channel requests through digital experience
• Demonstrate collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
• Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our Rewards program

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet these minimum requirements:

• At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California)
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and can lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand-held and mobile devices)
