Kappa Outlet at Palmanova Outlet Village is seeking a Seasonal Sales Assistant to deliver customer service and sales excellence. You will help maintain a clean, well-stocked store and support the team to maximise sales.

Requirements include previous retail experience in fashion/footwear, fluent English, strong communication and reliability. This fixed-term, full-time role (40 hours/week) offers around €25,000 gross per year plus benefits.

Competenze

• Previous experience as Sales Assistant in established retail reality (fashion and footwear).
• Excellent knowledge of English language (any other languages will be considered plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability, dynamism, courtesy and flexibility in schedules.

Mansioni

• Supporting the customer in the sale.
• Maintaining, managing and handling merchandise on display.
• Replenishing stock to ensure maximum levels of merchandise availability.

Who We're Looking For

For our Kappa outlet store in Palmanova Outlet Village we are looking for an experienced Seasonal Sales Assistant.

As a Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide customer service and sales excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring that the store consistently has an appearance that encourages sales through maintenance of order, cleanliness and completeness of the range. You will be expected to ensure courtesy, friendliness and kindness, collaborating positively with the team.

Key Responsability

• Supporting the customer in the sale;
• Maintaining, managing and handling merchandise on display;
• Replenishing stock in order to ensure maximum levels of merchandise availability in the department;
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the store;
• Managing fitting rooms following company guidelines;

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required

This role comes with an annual gross salary of around €25.000, plus a range of company benefits.
